Our Work Models
Discussion
This is the key aspect of any project. Having a discussion helps both of us to understand what our clients need exactly and their pain points. To know the scope is very important for us. This helps us in a perfect delivery. Discussion helps us to gather all our relevant information’s to create a proper budgeting & we know each other in this stage as well. Making a fruitful plan and suggest a suitable solution in this stage helps client to get confidence.
Documentation
After a successful discussion session its time to sit with the team & do some brainstorming. We do some research as well which includes competitor analysis, database schema, flow analysis, etc to find out the best way to deliver this job as per quality. We create a detailed scope of work which includes design flow, development flow, cost analysis, timeline analysis, milestones, tech stack analysis, suggested features those are inline with your business. This documentation will be sent to the client for approval. We edit the document based on clients input & finally lock the scope to get started.
Design
We start with wireframing. Each page that we have planned and documented will be created in grey scale to showcase the overall idea from our end. Wireframing helps us to minimize the design changes & structural changes of the layout. As the layout with all its elements are ready to visualize for the client. Once the wireframe is approved, we move forward with the UI design using XD, Figma, Photoshop, etc tools. We already start with home page and move to inner pages. Each and every page and updates will be shared with the client for approval. Changes are always welcome in this stage. Final UI will be sent to next phase.
Development
This stage includes front end development and back end development both for web. Ready design files are first converted into a responsive front end to fit in every devices. Then we integrate backend tech stack with dedicated admin control for each job. For mobile APP’s we always create an admin panel from where you can control the APP. Unit testing is a part of this process. Developed product will be uploaded to staging server and link will be shared with the client for QA. Any feedback from clients end are taken care of promptly.
Launch
Once the whole project is done and unit testing is complete then the product undergoes module testing, multi-device testing, multi-browser testing and user flow testing. Any bugs reported during end to end testing are corrected and final flow tested once again. At the end , we launch the site in the clients hosting. The entire ownership transferred to the client from now on.
